Tim Bouren’s personal expertise as a former real estate agent and his detailed knowledge of housing and construction logistics help save you time and money from the start of your project to the finish.

The company began after Tim began building his own home in 1983. He learned all too quickly the challenges of finding a quality, dependable contractor. He discovered that the quality of work was substandard, the services that were promised were never fulfilled, and appointments were not kept.

Tim decided he wanted to help others avoid the pitfalls associated with construction and contractors. To this day, he is committed to providing an exceptional experience from initial consultation to completion.
